Please read the information and conditions carefully before placing an order.

The company reserves the right not to accept returns in all cases. and will be able to exchange the product in these 2 cases only

Conditions for exchanging products

  1. Size change

We reserve the right for shoes only. can change the shoe size by increasing or decreasing the size up to 2 numbers (in case the number of shoes you want to change is out of stock The staff will recommend other models with that number. If the value is higher than the original model You will be required to pay the difference. but if it is a model at lower value The company reserves the right not to refund the difference or the customer can wait to order new shoes for a period of 30-45 working days), but cannot change the color or change the model.

and if the customer wants to change the shoe size after the order is successful If your order is in a delivery status The company will not be able to exchange products for you. but if the order status in the preparation process The company will exchange the product for you.

  1. The product is incorrect as you ordered. (Each or all of the items are incorrect or sent wrong)

However, we inspect the products carefully before delivery. If you have received the product, please check the product immediately if it is correct according to the order list or not. In the case of force majeure that the company has delivered the wrong product or the customer wants to change the shoe size Please notify us within 7 days from the date you receive the product. (Follow the steps below) if you do not contact within the specified time. or the product is not in the conditions of exchange The company reserves the right not to exchange the product.

Note

for replacement in case the product is not as you ordered The company will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by refunding the shipping cost calculated based on the amount you paid to return it. And deliver the new product to you again without charge for shipping In case you want to change your shoe size You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

The Company will accept returned items under the following conditions:

  • normal goods
  • The product must not be used in any way.
  • The product must be in perfect condition and the packaging must be in its original condition.
  • Send the product back with the packaging and the receipt (yellow card).

Procedure for requesting a product replacement

Step 1 : Request for a product replacement

Please notify us of replacement within 7 days after receiving the product. by contacting online customer service 02-259-0320 ext. 8907 (business hours Monday – Saturday 08.30 – 17.00)


Step 2 : Verification of product replacement information

The staff will check the information whether it meets the conditions for changing the product or not. and will contact you within 1-3 business days to inform the approval of the product change. and send the product replacement request form file for customers to fill out

Step 3 : Returning

Once you have been approved for a replacement and file replacement request form from the staff Please complete the information in the product replacement request form. and carefully wrap the product in the product packaging to prevent damage during transportation by specifying the name of the recipient and address as follows

Step 4 : Product replacement

Processing of product exchanges It will take 3 business days to process after we receive the product. It will check the condition of the product, packaging and receipt (yellow card) and the form for requesting a replacement of goods. according to the conditions for the exchange of goods

The staff will then contact you back. to inform the shipping cost when you send the transfer documents to us We will send the exchange of goods to the relevant departments. and deliver a new product to you within 7 working days
